The Genuine Advantage Product Key Update Tool is only valid for
users attempting to change their current non-genuine Product Key
to a genuine COA sticker or genuine Product Key - all without a
reinstall!

To me it saiz:
"The application has encountered a disk-write error while updating system
components. The system may be low on disk space. Please Check available disk
space. [Error: 0x800402c9]"
Disk is 90 % free.
Thanks
