Default Creating Windows XP boot CD

Hi - I am having an issue where Windows won't load (in any mode). During
start-up, it just loops through the Windows XP logo and restarts.

I'd like to create a Windows XP boot CD but I can only seem to find
directions for creating Windows XP boot disks. I started up my installation
CD but I don't see an option for creating a boot CD. Can anyone help?

The installation CD is bootable. Why can't you use that CD?

But, to answer your question, XP has no native means for creating a boot CD.
If you really need such a thing, try BartPE.
