Default Windows Explorer replacement recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a good file manager as a replacement for windows
Explorer?

Features should include bulk rename, ZIP support, full properties
support (inluding timestamp and system flags), etc.

Will winfile do it? It's part of Windows. Just do a search for winfile.

A second for PowerDesk here. Excellent. Can, if you wish, replace
Explorer, in fact. Many more options, dual windows, copy paths/files as
text, etc etc etc..
