User Accounts

Is it possible to only access program from one account on a XP Pro not
networked system? I-tunes in particular. I only want it to be used by one
account and am not sure how to achieve this.

R.click on the start-up icon,select properties,advanced,chk the box to:
Run with other credentials,read the post within the box.
