Schedule task to open Word document

I have scheduled to run Word in the morning.
However, how do I tell the Word to open a particular Word document when it
starts up at that time?

Instead of having Word to start up automatically, create a shortcut to the
doc file, put it in your Startup folder.

I just created a short cut of a Word doc, dragged it to the Start, Programs,
Startup folder.

'Then rebooted and the Word doc opened up during the startup.
