Default Microsoft Inside Office newsletter

1/18/08.....
I get, by E-Mail, the above newsletter from Microsoft. The page lettering
appears to be light in color, washed out and hard to read.
Two questions; 1- How do I correct this problem?
2- How can I ever get a message to Microsoft to get their help in
correcting this problem?
