Default Media back up discs

In Windows Media Player, on the "burn" tab, the playlist pulldown menu gives
the option- "Favorites-one data cd-r worth". Can I choose my favorites?, and
can I pull all my music off? How do I back-up all my data?

Broadly speaking you copy everything in My Documents to external media
