IE offline viewing of web page problem

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what to do to be able to look offline at an Internet
Explorer web page that I looked at previously but the system does not allow
me to look at again without connecting inline. I get the message :
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

even though I set File > "Work Offline".
That should not be because I know that IE has stored my previously seen web
page on my computer.
