IE 7 PRO...H E L P

Hello All,

I'm running IE 7 Pro with XP 2. I can not get IE 7 to load. I get like
the "shell or an outline" of it and nothing else happenes. I also use
IncrediMail and when I try to use it I get " critical error has
occured. IncrediMailcan not continue this session". Any one have any
idea as to what to do? I have run every spyware program I have and
then some...nothing works. Have any ideas please share them with
me. Thanks a million!

Tried downloading the IE7 installation file and installing it on the
machine?

From another browser, another machine, etc.
