Default home page question

My daughter bought a new laptop, and she is letting me use her old one. I
would like ot set up my google page as my home page, but for some reason
after I go to the control panel and to internet options. I enter the google
page, wich is what i want as my home page. I cannot click the " use current
page. I can click on the Use default, wich takes me back to daughters
homepage. I even tried clicking hte apply button, but was still not able ot
set up a new homepage. Is there a way I can set my home page as a default???

Default RE: home page question

Try opening up internet explorer and go to the Google page. Then click
tools, internet options and you should be able to select use current from
there. Then click Appy or Ok or apply then OK. Let me know if this works.
Think it should do the trick
