Default Frozen at start

I start my computer and will frozen at first screen: Compact/Esc=Boot menu/F1
setup/F10 System recovery.
After this, it does not do anything else and my keeyboard will not respond
either.
How can I fix it?
Thank you,

This is a hardware fault. Your computer isn't even getting through the POST
(Power On Self Test). If the computer is still under warranty, contact the
computer mftr.'s tech support for repair/replacement.

If you have a fairly high level of computer skills, you can start doing
hardware troubleshooting:

Your third alternative is to take the machine to a competent local computer
professional. Don't use one of those BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of
places.
