Default Files List Defaults to Most Recent created

OK, I have an annoyance here that I am dying to clear up. When I go into a
program and then go to open a file the file list that pops up in the default
window has the files listed by "most recently created" by default. This is
very annoying when you are living with an alphabetical mindset.

I will give an example. I go into Nero and want to burn off a previously
created image file. When it opens the window to choose my image file all the
files are listed by the date they were created with the most recent created
file first. I want it to default to Alphabetical order and have no idea how
this even got changed. Thanks for your time.

Default RE: Files List Defaults to Most Recent created

Try this:

1. In the Open dialog box select details view
2. Click the Name column header to set them alphabetically.
3. Control-Click the the red x button (top right) to close the box.
