I have been sending pictures from my cellular (Nokia) to my email and when
try to open them I can't because it is a file.bin and my computer doesn't
have a program to open it. What can I do? I know that I can download them
with the USB cable from my cellphone to the pc, but I want to send my photos
through emails to my friends. Thanks for your help.

God Bless you
A .bin file is a binary file. The program that will open it is written into
the file.
When you load your pictures onto your computer via the USB cable, what file
type are they named? Where are they stored? I.E. My Pictures??
Are you configured to send pictures with your email?
