Error 633 in dial-up connection

Hello!

For some reasons, I need to use dial-up connection once for a while. But I
keep encountering the Error 633 message, which says my modem is being used by
another application. However, I cannot identify which application is using
the modem before I can stop it. Please advise.

If you have an icon for the modem/connection , that might be the other
application .
