Default DOSX.EXE

I am trying to uninstall office '97 but I get the error message
"The Win16 Subsystem was unable to enter Protected Mode, DOSX.EXE must be in
your AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your PATH."

I have found the AUTOEXEC.NT file and the DOSX.EXE file is in my system
disrectory but someone please tell me exactly what I need to type into the
AUTOEXEC.NT file.

Thanks for your help
Fred
