Default Copy of folders in Windows Explorer

In Windows Explorer under documents and settings I have all users, default
user then myself, I have Copy of Local Settings
Copy of NetHood
Copy of PrintHood
Copy of Recent
Copy of SendTo
Copy of Templates
is it safe to delete the above 6 folders called copy of

I also have 2 Application Data Files with the same content, is it safe to
delete one

The "copy of" stuff - looks like someone dragged/dropped. You can delete
them.

As for "Application Data" <- does one of them say "copy of" in from of it?
