Default Coosing default Bullets

Does anyone know how to choose the default bullets? My default bullets got
changed so that the "Close Windows" "X" that normally appears in the Top
Right Corner of each window is now a box and arrows on menus are now little
mouse symbols. How is this controlled?

It is not in the "Appearance" menu and it is not a problem with the loaded
fonts. Is there supposed to be a "Bullets" subkey in my registry, and, if so,
where?

In earlier Windows systems the font MARLETT.FNT controlled
these components of windows. You could run SFC = System
File Checker to find out whether your MARLETT.FNT should
be restored.

Thank you. System file Checker did not work, but I was able to find Marlett
in my Dll Cache and paste it into my font folder in the control panel and it
worked.

You are certainly the "Don" of fonts.
