Default Changing the language setting

I am trying to change the language setting for windows xp profeesional series
from english to chinese. But it is telling me to insert the windows cd.My
computer came with windows already installed, so i dont have the proper
installation cds. Is there some way to download or get the file i need to
change my setttings? or is there another way? thanks a lot.
