cfile cache problem

I found the following error in the wbem logfile
(Thu Aug 16 12:49:44 2007.111781) : CFileCache::Initialize returned 2
(Thu Aug 16 12:49:44 2007.111859) : Repository Initialization returned
failure <0x80041002>!
(Thu Aug 16 12:49:44 2007.111890) : Failure to initialize WinMgmt (hRes =
0x80041002)
Can anyone please advise action to take
