Default Categorize a folder for mail

Hi!

I work as a project manager and members of my project are often located
nation wide. When I receive mails that are of interest for the whole project,
I usually save them in a server based folder. This is unfortunately combined
with a lot of work due to categorizing. I have to rename every mail so others
(and me) will be able to see the sender, date and so on. When one stores
music files, additional information is visible in the folder (for example
artist, record, year, title) and this should be a very helpful quality
regarding mail as well.

Is there a way at the moment? Otherwise it might be a proposal for future
updates??
