Default can't connect to bellsouth's ng server

Hi,
I have a dsl setup in florida, and through it connect to BellSouth's
newsgroup and mail servers. I set up outlook 2007,
and IE6's newsgroup reader, in florida on the
bellsouth acct. where it works perfectly.
In NJ, where I am now, I have a comcast broadband acct,
and connect via wifi on this laptop.
I connect fine to the comcast acct internet wise, but,
I can't connect to bellsouth's newsgroup server through the
comcast account, and I can't send email via outlook 7 either. I
can receive email, but I can't send them via outlook 2007.
Because I"m back and forth a lot I don't want to change all of
the accounts, etc., each time I make the trip.
Is there a way to connect to Bellsouth's newsgroup server
via the comcast internet wifi connection thourh outlook 2007's
call up of IE6's newsgroup reader?
Thanks in advance for any ideas on this.
Mike

PS: This is what I get when I try to connect:

An unknown response was received in response to a request for information
from the news server 'newsgroups.bellsouth.net.

showing the details brings this up:

I think they had trouble with their servers today. I saw that message once
early in the morning - then saw some slow connects when downloading
messages. Problems cleared up after an hour or so.
