Do *you* know how to read answers to questions you've already asked?

With all your posts over the last day, it is a wonder that you have a
working computer. I would strongly suggest that you run a few malware
checkers on your system. If you don't know how to do that I would suggest
that you take your computer to a competent repair person and let them get
your system up and running properly. A competent repair person will not be
Geeksquad type of persons.

Save yourself some headaches....and us the burden of trying to figure out
what the hell is wrong with you
that even simple things are beyond your knowledge..
Click Start ( lower left of screen)
on the right side of the box that opens ...3rd item from the
bottom.....click "help and support"
type anything in the little search box and another box will open with
various results.....
Have fun with it and keep reading eventually you will learn
