I seem to have disabled batch files (.BAT) from executing. I suppose,
basically, Windows doesn't know that they are batch files any more.
Can anyone tell me how to restore normal batch file behaviour?
They will run from a DOS console window, but double-clicking in
Windows just brings up the "Open with" dialogue.
