automatic updates automatic disable upon startup

Windows automatic updates was switch off by itself upon startup. Any help?

Check the registry value for “UpdatesDisableNotify"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center]
"UpdatesDisableNotify"=dword:00000000
