Default Another Picture Tasks Question

XP-Pro and Office 2003

My son and daughter-in-law use Yahoo mail and Hotmail on their respective
laptop computers. When they use the picture tasks pane to access the email
option of making the pictures smaller to email, they are running into the
following message which my son emailed to me. Any way to make their Yahoo
and Hotmail accounts work?

Here is what my son wrote to me:

It works up to the point of clicking on "email these pictures." It wants me
to set up an exchange server profile & etc. Something about configuring
Outlook. We don't use Outlook. I use Yahoo and she uses Hotmail. So I
don't know how to make this work using those servers.

Default Re: Another Picture Tasks Question

Open Internet Explorer / Tools / Internet Options / Programs tab
Under "E-mail", select "Hotmail"
Click OK

For Yahoo!, you need a special plugin (MAPI) from Yahoo!. Google for ymmapi.dll.
