Default All programs page does not display properly?

When I select the all programs button on the Start page the display of
programs (menu) is off center. To be more specific the page is slid to
the right about 1/6 of the screen width. This allows me to read the
left column of the start menu easily. However I cannot read the
information in the right column of the "All Programs" menu.

Are there any suggestions on how to fix this?

What resolution is the display set to? Sounds like you have it set too
low. Try at least 1024 x 768. The resolution is set from Control
Panel>Display>Settings tab. What size is your monitor and is it a flat
panel or CRT?
