Default 2 Application Data Folders

In Windows Explorer under Documents and Settings in my name as user I have 2
Application Data Folders, the contents is not exactly the same in both but
very similar, am I able to delete one of these folders or at least combine
them? Any help would be great thanks.

1 folder is 31.4MB and contains 1009 files, the other is 10.9MB and contains
