Default ZCfgSvc.exe using 50% CPU time

Is this correct is there a way I can stop it using so much CPU time.. is
this normal behaviour?

Its ok I found a solution... which was to uninstall the Intel Pro Wireless
software except for the Wireless LAN adapter driver... I had to manually end
the ZCfgSrv process in order for the Intel Pro Wireless software to
uninstall... after which Windows took over management of the Wireless
network connections and my CPU usage was down at the normal percentage
between 5% - 15%
