What's the history of the problem? Did it start suddenly recently? If so
what changes were made between the time things worked and now. Undo the
changes. Uninstall any new software. Then if needed do a system restore to
a point when things worked ok.
How do you back date to an earlier setup? I can do it in XP. but i do not
know how to do it in Vista.
