Default Windows Vista Backup - Can I select what files and directories I w

...to backup or am I forced to backup what MS thinks I should backup?

Hi. Just curious to know if there is a way to use the Vista (Business)
backup software to select files and directories on my laptop. I do not put
anything under My Documents. I have my own directory structure. I do not
want to backup everything as if I do lose my PC, IMHO it's better to rebuild
than restore.

If I run Windows Vista Backup, it wants to backup about 30GB of data,
whatever it is. My data that I want to backup is only about 6GB. I don't
need to backup that other 24GB.

If I can't use the Backup that comes with Vista, will the NT Backup that I
have on XP Pro work on Vista? I think I'll try that now actually. Am I even
allowed to do that?

But an answer to the first question would be great.

Thank you.
