Windows Security Center can't turn on.

Hi Guys,
That's the message I get when try to turn it on.
I successfully updated the Center with all the
newest updates but it still won't toggle on.
Any ideas?

Are you using Norton or Microsoft OneCare? Some third party security
programs disable the Security Center. This may be what is happening.
