Windows Mobile Device Center

Have Cingular 8125 Smartphone. When I connect to Sync, it says sync is
successfull, but no information was sync'd, i.e. Outlook 2003 contacts,
notes, etc. I've deleted and created new partnerships and my results are the
same. It still says sync successful but nothing was sync'd and there is no
error message to indicate a problem. Does anyone have suggestions to fix
this problem?
