I moved to Vista a few weeks ago and converted from OE
to Windows Mail. When I save a message to Drafts and
then open and edit it later it saves a copy in drafts. The old
OE would send the message and delete the copy in the drafts
folder. How can I get WM to work like OE? TIA.
FWIW, I just composed and saved an email to Drafts. I then edited and sent
it. The only copies I have now are the new one in my Inbox and the one in
Sent Items. There is nothing left in Drafts.
Cheers, Dave

Thanks for the test... I think you are right. It may be only doing
it with saved newsgroup replies. Of course, I won't know until
I send this message. Here goes...

Yep, when I click "Reply to Group" and then save the message in
the Drafts folder and then edit and send later, WM does not delete
the original saved message in the draft folder. It only does this
with newsgroup messages. Any ideas?
