Default Windows Home Server

I understand WHS is compatible with Vista. I found the trial version
on the microsoft page where for $9.99 they will ship the application
to you on CD.

I can't however find where you can get just register to obtain a
serial number, but instead of snail mail, just download it so that you
can avoid the mail delay.

Anyone have a link or is Microsoft not distributing this application
via the net?

Thank you

The Windows Home Server trial is only available by mail.
There is no download for it.

Thanks for the information. Would you know what their rationale is
for only distributing this app by postal mail? Is it an attempt to
keep tighter controls over it's distribution or something?
