Hi,

Home server is not a program that you install under Vista, it's an operating
system unto itself that is meant for a clean install on formatted disks.

It's my understanding that Windows Home Server needs to be on a
dedicated computer; it isn't a program that you run in Vista.

Home Server is an operating system, intended to be installed on a computer
designated as a server.
It is intended to be used for backup of other computers on your home
network and for sharing files.
To install it, you boot up off the CD. It will replace any existing
operating system and files on that computer.

Windows Home Server requires its own dedicated computer, it cannot be
installed on a partition or upgraded from an existing installation of
Windows.
