Default Windows Explorer constant restarting loop problem WORKAROUND

Hi,
I've noticed that many people are constantly getting this message every 5
seconds or so...It can be due to malware, but at least for me that wasn't the
case and it appears to have something to do with corruption of the user
account profile. In order to at least not lose your data/docs stored in that
administrator user account, you must do the following:
1. eventhough windows explorer constantly restarts, try to mouse over and
click Internet explorer
2. once there erase the address bar contents and type "control panel" . This
will allow you to enter the control panel, bypassing the loop error.
3. Go to "user accounts" -> Create new account (whatever name you wish) and
give it "administrator" account settings.
4. reboot machine manually if you need to then logon using the new
Administrator account.

Summary: this will allows you to recreate your administrator account with
any programs you have previously installed, continue to be installed/intact,
as well as allow you to access your previous files through the "Users folder"
on the previous account. You can look for them by easily either:
1. open Internet explorer-> Address bar-> type: "c:\users". you will see
your previous user account profile with various folders accessing your
previous docs, etc.

2. click on "my computer" button from the start button.

Hopefully this helps until Microsoft can fix this issue, which can be
intermittent and not particularily due to any one program or device. It can
even occur later on like mine did on a new machine, with the same
programs/hardware that was never changed.

Just a thought, but couldn't one easily access Control Panel via the start
menu or run command?
