Default "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file"

let me start by saying I think I have some bugs on my PC that Trend
micro isn't nabbing...

anyway, just this morning image line Fruity loops starting giving me
that message.

wtf mate?

I've tried running from it's folder, and running as administrator.
Nothing works.

Begginning to get very worried. Hoping somthing isn't corrupting me
junk.

concernicus!
