Default Where is folder containing the start menu short-cuts?

Where is the folder which contains the start menu or short-cuts of
application softwares? I looked in "Users" but could not find it.

Go to C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windo ws\Start
Menu\Programs

If you don't see it, make sure that hidden files are turned on.
