Default Weird Visa behaviour

My Vista Ultimate PC has started to act weird. Every few seconds, the focus
moves to another place and then returns to where it should be. I am typing
this in stages, a few seconds at a time, since the focus disappears from
this window and then returns.

This happened before and cleared itself but it's back - and driving me mad!

Any ideas what is causing it and how to fix it?

Bobby

Think Startup or other programs are causing this issue and/or
you need to update all drivers especially your video and any
hard disk drivers or utilities. How much memory in system?
Startup Programs - Enable / Disable - Windows Defender - MSCONFIG
