Default Vista was written by Skynet

Bad news, I just found out that Vista was not written by Microsoft.
Microsoft outsourced the design, writing, and testing of Vista to Skynet.

Must be a Microsoft rumour. They're always trying to shift the blame
elsewhere for their pathetic software. I doubt this rumour is true. Vista
certainly qualifies as bad enough to have been written by Microsoft.
