Default vista settings

Hi. Is it possible to change the behavior of the...
- folder list so that the greater-than (>) symbol is always present?
- folder list so that it does not show the contents of zip files-- i'd like
the folder list to be just folders.
- alt-tab list so that it looks more like xp... that is, the list uses
smaller images to show what is displayed in the list?

Thanks,
Doug
