Vista problems with DEP and Help and support program

Hi,
I'm having a problem in Vista that has has already been addressed in XP.
The help and support module is being stopped by DEP. Of course when it tries
to analyze the problem it is also stopped by DEP. It is very frustrating. I
tried to apply the same fix as XP to adjust my DEP allowable programs but I
can't find the the program file to allow in visa Home premium. The acer rep
say to roll back with system restore. I'm not sure. Any advice ?
