What Vista Codec Packages?

In fact, unlike in XP, I can't even find where the installed audio/video
codecs are even listed in Vista. In XP they were listed in one of the
Control Panel icons.

Hi,

Check this way:
open Windows Media Player -> Help menu -> About Windows Media Player ->
click Technical Support Information link

Wow, I never would have found that. At least there's a way to see what they
are, but what did MS do with the area in XP where you could click on each
one, access its properties, remove it, etc?
