Default username password

i receive emails fine but cant send. logon to pop.mail.yahoo.com window pops
up and i put in both and it keeps popping up. if my username or password are
not right how can i reset this? this has been driving me crazy. HELP PLEASE
my mail server is yahoo right or would it be my verizon wireless
connection? i just want to send an email

Verify that you are using the correct password by opening the web interface
for your yahoo mail. If it works, you may have to refresh your id/password
entry in the options of your email app.

If you can't send, your outgoing email settings are incorrect. Call your ISP
and have them help you.

Yep, I think you spotted it, the outgoing for yahoo is smtp.mail.yahoo.com
