Default Upgrade from Windows Vista Home Basic to Windows Vista Home Premiu

I've just purchased a retail upgrade of Windows Vista Home Premium to upgrade
from Windows Vista Home Basic. During installation I get the error message:
Compatibility Report Potential issues were detected with installed
applications/devices. Storage controllers: SCSI/RAID Host Controllers.
Windows could not configure one or more system components. To install Windows
restart the computer and then restart the installation. What the heck it
going on here!?!? I've tried twice to install Windows Vista Home Premium with
no luck?? The first four stages: Copying Windows files, Gathering files,
Expanding files, and Installing features and updates all work fine but when
it comes to the final stage:Completing upgrade the installation does'nt
complete itself?? I own a emachine comp. (H5088)with a 32 bit Pentium 4
processor 3.20 Ghz ,1GB of ram memory, a ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro graphics card
with 512MB of ram memory and 111.28 GB of free space on my hard drive. What
is the cause of this and how do I fix this to install Windows Vista Home
Premium??

Thank-you!

The compatibilty message is telling you that your Host Controller drivers
are not compatible with Vista and that the Vista CD does not have compatible
replacement drivers. Check with the manufacturer of the SCSI/RAID Host
Controller or your computer OEM for Vista compatible drivers.
