Upgrade from premium to ultimate with ultimate upgrade disc

Question: I have a PC with OEM Home Premium and a brand new retail Ultimate
Upgrade disc. Can I use it to upgrade my home/premium to ultimate?

Assuming you have an unused Ultimate activation key, yes, you can run the
upgrade from home premium to Ultimate.
