unable to log onto 2 ebay

Hi I'm new to this. I have been unable to log onto ebay and consumer
reports websites , this happens on both of them. I enter my user id and
password and it acts like it will work but then I'm right back at signin
page. I dont get any error message unless I enter the wrong password. I
spent hours with ebays online help to no end. I can get on from a different
computer but not mine. whats the problem.
We only got computer last spring came with vista home premium, and we use
McAfee. thanks for any help.

Your security level needs to be set to allow cookies from that site

Thankyou, I cant belive it was that simple. I found the list of reject
cookie sites and it was on there. all working now.

Glad you got it...
a lot of folks end up with that situation due to the higher default security
settings of IE7
