Default Text to Speech problem

Hi there!

My Vista is a Chinese version. There are two tts available. One is for
English, the other is for Chinese. Now I want to add others: Korean and
Japanese. How can add them?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I used Speech Package to install tts for other languages on XP, but now
I want the newest TTS on my Vista.

Windows Vista only includes Chinese in the the Chinese editions, and English
in all editions. Currently, we do not make available TTS engines in any
other languages. You can use third-party TTS engines from a number of
sources however.

Thanks, Charles

A problem about Speech Recognition:

I'm a multilingual, I deal with lots of Chinese, Japanese,English and French
emails in my everyday life. I found that I can dictate the Chinese email
very well on my Vista. Since Speech Recognition is available in English
(U.S.), English (U.K.), German (Germany), French (France), Spanish (Spain),
Japanese, Chinese (Traditional), and Chinese (Simplified), I want to set up
all the languages that I can speak on my PC, Could you please tell me how to
set up the newest French and Japanese Speech Recognition?

Thanks a million!
