Im under the impression that a virus has hit my laptop as i am unable to
boot up now everytime i try top it just preforms a system memory dump
i am aware that a system memory dump trys to free space on my pc to
make it run.
also my laptop is about 1 year old and i have installed new hardware (
hard drive and ram) i am running windows vista ultimate 32 bit my laptop
is a toshiba satellite a210.
im thinking of formatting my partitions and re installing vista but i
want to know if there is a last hope.
The problem could be solved right away if you have done a system backup
under Vista Ultimate recently.
If so perform a clean restore from it. Good luck!

You are the retard speller in the group and you are correcting someone else?
Priceless! You are still a douche bag.
well i did a long time ago but i later found out that my backup was
infected or corrupted luckily i have an o.s disk actually i was thinking
about this would a system repair work?
No, this is not what is happening at all. A memory dump happens when a
serious error occurs during startup, the contents of memory are written to
disk as a troubleshooting tool. Experts can use the dumpfile to try to
diagnose the problem. Then the system attempts to restart.
In order to have any hope of fixing the problem you need to note the exact
error message that precedes the memory dump, then either post it here or
look it up with Google or Bing and see what the cause is.
