Sync Center Help

Adding files to a sync partnership?

When I right mouse click on a folder or file....
I do not get the sync option, file is available offline ?

I did get that optoion the last time I tried to set up sync center...
Is there a corruption in my system files?

HP Pavilion laptop dv6000
AMD Turion 64X2 TL60 2.00ghz
2046mb memory
Nvidia GeForce Go 7200
Windows Vista Business ver
